Ingredients:

  • 1 pound jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, shrimp, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
