BBQ Beef and Bean Nachos

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup BBQ sauce
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 bag of tortilla chips
– Optional toppings: jalapenos, diced tomatoes, sour cream, green onions
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the black beans and BBQ sauce to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
4. On a baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips. Top with the beef and bean mixture and shredded cheese.
